On April 9, 2010, Jiangnan Mould & Plastic Technology Co., LTD. and DIHAG Casting holdings LTD. signed the joint-venture contract of Jiangyin DIHAG Casting Co., LTD in Jiangnan Business Building. Mr. Cao Mingfang who is Chairman of Jiangyin Mould Plastic Group Co.,Ltd, Mr. Cao Kebo who is chairman of Jiangnan Mould & Plastic Technology Co.,Ltd, Mr. Harald Weidenmann who is chairman of DIHAG Germany, leaders from Jiangyin Government and Banks, customer representatives attended the signing ceremony.
The joint venture will develop, design and produce large casting products, such as MWP wind power parts, airports. The primary total investment is $15 million, registered capital is 10 million dollars (JMPT invests $4.5 million, holds 45% ), the company will form annual production capacity of 20,000 tons, Phase ii will increase the total investment to $21 million and the registered capital to $13 million, will reach capacity 30,000 tons, sales revenue will be 400 million yuan, profit will be 90 million yuan.
